Slip
Sales Information
Slips will be
offered for sale in the second phase of the project (not on the main
dock). Our logic is that any slip purchased should include it's
own finger pier.
Current Slip
Sales Prices:
40' - $ 30,000
60' - $ 45,000
All slips are furnished with metered power and water.
Ownership of
the slip will be limited to 15 years.
Slips may be
sold to others.
The sales price is approximately 1/3 of
the 15 year term at present slip
rental rates. These rates will most certainly rise.
Panamanian law dictates
that marine bottom cannot be owned or sold.
